GrEEnDaY RoCkER writes the following about The Giver :

I think this book is GREAT! But the ending leaves me thinking and i would think she did that so that we can guess the next scene. She uses great vocabulary and i like the way she made it so that certain people have certain rules. The plot she uses is a rather used one but the way she uses it is really interesting since in the books ive read do not have a receiver of memory or anything so i really like the way she wrote the story
