The book is about a utopia that goes bad. The main characters of the book are the gver and Jonas. They all ride on bikes and in my own opinion: I think that the utopia is weird because they don't have kids, so they adopt them somehow. Even though, I still rate this book 8 1/2 for its use of words, and such.
