Ashley Ellis writes the following about Scooby-Doo! and the Carnival Creeper :
The setting is at a carnival. It's about a carnival creeper that doesn't like getting second billing to an elephant. Scooby and the gang can't get enough of Pop's Big Top Carnival until the carnival creeper shows up. Now the rides are empty and the games are closed and it's up to Scooby and the gang to find out who the carnival creeper is and save Pop's Big Top before it closes forever.

I would recommend his to a person who likes mysteries. I would recommend it to someone like this because Scooby-Doo has a lot of excitement and mystery to it. The illustrations are okay, but I loved the book.
