The Giver is a mysterious book that will definitely keep you on your toes. This book takes place in a town that is only black and white and the color definitely matches their personalities. In this town, you get to an age where you are assigned a job, but one of the most rare jobs you can get is the giver, also one of the most difficult. This book was a great book in some eyes or just plain awful in others, I thought it was just okay not a wait in line sort of book.
