Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was all about the parentless Harry Potter who lives with his Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia and his abominable cousin, Dudley who gets everything he wants. His parents who were wizards, were killed by Lord Voldemort but one of Harry's powers allowed him to live and he banished Lord Voldemort.
When an owl sends them hundreds of letters, they are confused. Then, Harry meets a man who invites him to Hogwarts. There, he is in the Gryfindor table with Hermione and Ron, whom he meets in the train station. He then is becoming the teacher's pet which forces the other tables to hate him.
Watch Harry Potter as he tries to serve in a sport, use his magic powers wisely and try to master his time in Hogwarts.
This story deserves an 8 because I am not a fan of books with fighting and all but I liked it because it had all the experiences of Harry during his first year in Hogwarts. The adventures are fascinating!
J.K. Rowling actually invented this series while she had nothing to do in a cafe. Now, she is the second richest woman in the world!
This won't be my last review so watch out for more of me, Angel (Hannah Montana) here in Building Rainbows! Thanks for reading!
