This is an amazing story about a boy named ponyboy curtis, who lives with his 2 brothers, Sodapop, and Darrol. His parents were killed in a car crash, and he can only stay with his brothers if they behave. Ponyboy and his brothers are greasers. Greasers are people with out much money, and who use lots of hair products. Ponyboy is just part of the gang. In this gang are all of their closest friends. Ponyboy, Sodapop, Darry, Johnny, Dally, two-Bit, and Steve. Sodapop is ponyboys older brother who he gets along with very well. Soda is 16 going on 17, and he is moviestar handsom!He has dark hair and pretty brown eyes. His hair is amazing!His brother Darry, however is tall and built. He has green and blue eyes, that look like ice. Johnny is Pony's best friend, and he is dark skinned, haired, and he is pretty small. He looks like a lost puppy. His parents beat him, so he is not very happy. Dally is the kind of guy you would see getting put in jail for murder. He has a nad for trouble. Two-Bit is a jocker. He is the school clown, and he is always messing aroud. And for some reason, he likes school, but he is really just there for kicks. Lastly is Steve Randel. He is sodas best friend. He is 17 years old and he is tall and lean. Thats the gang that pony hangs around with.
The socs are on the other end of the story. They are ritch and stuck up. They get what ever they want. They can pretty much get by with anything. Oh yeah, and they love to beat up the greasers.
In this story, Pony and Johnny have to go and stay in an abandond church for quite a while, because of some problems woth the socs.
In the end, Pony finds out that socs are just people, and that they arent all the same. Find out the rest of this great story yourself!
