Iceworld writes the following about Hatchet :
This book is about a boy named Brian Robeson who is a thirteen year old boy who is going to visit his father after divorce. He is traveling on a plane with a pilot beside him. Soon the pilot suffers from a heart attack and dies. Somehow Brian must take the controls and land safely.
When he survives the plane crash he only has a hatchet his mother gave him as a weapon and all thing things in his pocket. Those things include $20.62,a nail clipper, paper, and a broken watch. Somehow he has to find a way to survive until the people come and rescue him in the northern woods of Canada.
I think the book is good for people who likes adventure. This book is also good for people who are interested in survival books.
