Chandice writes the following about The Giver :

If you really like fictional books you will love The Giver. This book is about how a boy, Jonas, wants to discover colors, difference, and memories. Jonas wants to be loved and wanted by someone and in the end he will. Personaly it wasn't my favorite book. I would prefer another. But if you like fiction book you'll love this one.
