Sammie Zabel writes the following about Hatchet :

this book hatchet is about thirteen year old brian is flying on a plane when that plane he is flying on crashed. suddenly brian finds himself stranded in the canadian wilderness with his hatchet his mother gave him soon brian learns you can do more than you think you can he does some pretty gross stuff but he is desaparte this is a really good book all of my class loved it it has non stop action its the best book ive ever read i hope you like it alot
