M. Prout writes the following about the pigman :

I thought this was a great book. The only part that I felt left the reader a bit unfulfilled was the end. It ended so abruptly without the reader knowing what would become of the main characters. Other than that, I appreciated the plot. Paul Zindel writes well and he keeps the reader engaged. I would recommend the book to anyone who likes to read about real-life problems.
