In the the novel, I enjoyed when Jonas left to save Gabe, wen he wanted change, an when he was free at the ned. I like these parts beacuse they were kind, interesting, ad different froom the rest of the book. I did not like the talk about release. I did not like this beacuse it was the exact opposite of Utopia, which angered me. I found Gabe to be the most interesting character because he is the only character who lived in Sameness but will never be affected by it like Jonas once was. Thos makes him different and interesting. In this novel i learned that people being the same is not always a good thing. Also that no war, hunger, or wrong choices is wonderful, but death still comes without those things around because of release. Finally I learned that some people complain so much about their lives without knowing real pain or sadness. I would not like to read any more books by thi author becasue this is not the type o0f book genre i enjoy reading.
