T.T. writes the following about The Outsiders :

i have only been reading this story for 2 weeks in class... but so far i've noticed that this book has a lot of sharp corners that might lead you to beleive something is going to happen, but not always does. since i've been reading it, Ponyboy & Johnny (greasers) have been having problems with the socs( a gang of mean rich kids) & befreind two girl socs. they decide to walk them home from a drive in movie & the socs boyfriends pulls upbeside them, get out the car, and have a minor face off. Ponyboy gets home @ 2:00am,and is hit by Darry (his older brother) & runs away with Johnny. while the two are sitting in a parking lot smoking a cigarette, the socs boys come back & pick a fight. one of the socs temporarily drowns Ponyboy & to save him, Johnny kills one of the socs.they catch a train toa far away place and stay in a church. while smoking they accidentaly burn downt he church & is hurt so bad that they have to go ta a hospital. whjile they are in the hospital dally ( another greaser) robs a conveineince store and gets into trouble. i'll be back with another half when i get doen with a nother 3 chapters.! =D
