This book is about rosie and baylee.They are best friends and neighbors,but baylee is blind and cant see very well so rosie trys to learn braille to impress baylee.then a new girl moves to there neighborhood,and her name is janie.janie trys to get baylee to teach her brailee and he agrees :this makes Rosie upset.this whole time rosie is making soup with granny torille .granny t gives rosie parrel storys about her childhood to help rosie .
