Madeleine Johnson writes the following about Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Book 1) :
This book was fantastic. Even though I saw the movie before I read the book there was still the same amount of suspence. It is about a boy named Harry Potter who is a wizard. He has lived his whole life with his nasty aunt and uncle never knowing he was a wizard until one night he is visited by a man who explains who Harry really is. He then goes to a special school for wizards where he learns how to use magic. Througouut the book Harry and his friend face many obsticales to figure out who is trying to steal thee scorcers stone.
