I thought The Night of the Twisters was a very good book. My favorite part was when the family was reunited. Really the whole book was good.Here's a summary. One day a thirteen year old boy named Dan and his friend Aurther were hanging out at a beach. They went home because it was getting cloudy. That night Dan's dad went to help Dan's grandparents at their farm. A tornado was expected. The boys watched tv as mom went to check on an eldery neighbor. A tornado stuck that night. Around forty-five people died and nearly 200 people were injured. Many lost ther house and pretty much everything. I am glad that Dan and Arthers families were okay. I hope no more Tragedys happen like this anymore. This would be a great book for anyone 9 and up.
