Lil Star writes the following about The Giver :

The book The Giver was very interesting. I never knew that this book would teach me so much about the world outside ours as the author Lois Lowry wants us to see. I would recommend this book,eventhough its been one of the fewest but at the same time best book I could have read.Jonas is a great role model for everyone as well as wise & the giver included. The only thing I didn't like was their way of living and as many would call it or look at it their democracy. But even so a good book or a bad book always makes you think that's what is important.
