Jillian writes the following about The Giver :

I thought the novel was wonderful. Most people dont see that these things make much more sense when u read them a few years later, time has changed! this was an amazing book and i suggest that people who didnt like it the first time read it again. and contemplate on what they believe things will be like in the future and what u as a person would do if u were denied memories and feelings.
