I thought that this book had good story line and plot to it. The characters all had personalitys of their own and carried it out though out the story. How ever, I did not give this book a 10 because I don't think it appeals to all audiences. This book can be voilent at times but i recomend it. In this book there is two social groups fighting. You will be looking at the fight from the "greasers" point of view. Pony boy, a greaser, narrirates a time in his life as it happens. In it, his group, with his brothers and several others, are opposing the "socs". The Socs are a group of rich kids that are always putting own the greasers and downing them consently. I do wish that in this book the author would let us look at the story from a differnt point of view. I think it would be interesting to maybe see it from a soc's point of view. I think you should read this book if you know how to really get in to a story.
