I feel that the book gives great descriptions as to where the conflicts take place, and what the settings are, or even what they look like.my favorite character is Dally.I feel that Dalley is very brave and courageous.in this book the greasers and the soc's go to a thing called a ble, where almost anything consernig can happen although no weopons are allowed to be used, people still get very baddly beaten and some even end up diying.That is what happend to Dally's friend Jhonny who was like a brother to Dally.afer jhonny died in the hospital Dally went running out of the hospital adn wasn't seen for a while then was found trying to rob a bank with a what everyone accept the police thought was a fake .Ponyboy and the rest of the gang thik that Dally did it so that instead of him himself the police would have to shoot first because he was not going to.i also feel that the story gets realy sad because i know what it feels like to have someone reaaaal close to me die or even almost and it is a real sad and depressing time.i feel that the book is realy good and i would recomend the Outsiders to andyone,even if you do not like to read. I do not like to read at all but,i still enjoyed the book...
