8309 writes the following about The Outsiders :

The Outsiders was an okay book.It wasn't that interesting,well some of it was!The bles weren't all that great they weren't all that detailed.The plot was good,so was the characters I especially liked Dally,he's more like me.The way that Hinton described the differences between the Greasers and the Socs reminded me of the problems that preppy people or stoners have with with each other. I think if you were into semi-interesting books that have a bad endings then you'll like this.
