Josh writes the following about Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Book 1) :
Are you a fan of adventure books? Then you might like Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.k.Rowling. It is a good, adventurous mystery book. It's one of those books where you think you know the answer but you don't.
The main character of the book is Harry Potter who lives with his terrible Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon who are very mean to him. He gets invited to the wizarding school, Hogwarts School of Witch Craft and Wizardry.
There he meets Ron and Hermione where they have wonderous adventures. In there, they figure out secrets, magic tricks with wands and Harry learns amazing magic tricks.
On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 10.
